I made my 90 days report today in phuket immigration. It was approved on afternoon. why I can not print out the 2 pages.

I got some different error messages every time I want to print. I do not know where is the problem??? 3 months ago I had no problems with printing.

thanks for help

I couldn't use the print button to copy my initial form when I submitted it, but when I got the approval that afternoon the print button on the website worked. If you have no luck with an answer here and you can see the two pages you refer to, maybe you could do a copy and paste to a word document then print it that way. Highlight all the text from the pages, right click and choose copy, then open word then right click and choose paste. At least that way you would have something to put in your passport until next time. Sorry I could not be more help with your problem itself.

If you are using Explorer then you might have a virus on your computer that blocks you from printing. I know from own experience as I had a virus that basically just blocked printing on Explorer and Acrobat (PDF) but everything else worked fine, even printing in Word and from Opera.

I had the same problem the first time I did on-line report.

I was able to open but not print.

I had to open the receipt page then "Save as..."

Once saved I was able to display and print.

Similarly with the next report day page.

Maybe that will help...

thanks for help. went to my expert and he could not really find out why it does not work on my notebook. we tried another computer and we could open and print but not as easy as normal. later he could fix something on my settings. now I can download to print the 2 pages but in a very tricky way.

Maybe I need a new and better notebook???

I had the same problem. I waited a day and did the same steps and it worked OK. I think maybe it's a server problem, too. As mentioned, I just printed out the part that showed the report had been "approved" to put into Hubby's passport in case I never got the actual receipt printed.
