Alcoholic man kills his father and beats mother

Featured Replies

A man was arrested in Prey Veng province late on Tuesday evening after allegedly murdering his father and seriously injuring his mother in a brutal attack following a family dispute, according to police.

Yem Sarim, deputy chief of Kanh Chriech district police, said 45-year-old Horn Hoeun launched the attack on his parents after an argument over his drinking habits and laziness, which they said had stopped him from helping them with farm work.

Hoeun then used a kitchen pestle to repeatedly beat his mother, Bu Neath, 66, and father, That Thorn, 67, according to Sarim.

If they said it was Meth---Yabba---etc..........you would have a whole line of people holding up the bar shaking their heads about what the world is coming to................................coffee1.gif

It is difficult to tell which country...Thailand, Cambodia, or Myanmar, has the most nut cases...

Indeed but nobody wants to talk about alcohol, one of the more dangerous drugs and one that makes many people violent. Meanwhile weed is demonized but far safer.

crickey ! drinking is not as bad as drugs as long as you can control it.

I put it down to the lao khao.

I had to work with some really bad wine/beer drunks in my own country, but never saw anything like what gets reported here.
