I am 26 year old, living in Thailand with Non B visa, now i cannot continue with non b visa

so i am thinking to marry my girlfriend but her age is 52.

is that possible to marry over aged women?

is there any legal issues?

if can, should i show 400,000 baht in account that transferred from my home country?

or i can deposit money from Thailand?

as i was worked here last 1 year.

There is no legal impediment which would prevent your marrying a mature lady.

There is no rule that would prevent you from marrying an older woman and getting an extension of stay (not a visa) based upon marriage.

There is no requirement for the funds to come from abroad.

You will first need to get a non-o visa entry many immigration office would not allow you to apply for it with a non-b visa.
