After considering the replies, I made a decision, and posted it.

Reading some of the HOT posts and the multitude of advice I think it would be useful if the OP's would "publish" their decisions if any..

Apologies if this is nit the right place but i can't seem to find how to start a new topic, long time since I did.

My car was registered last year in Khon Karn, the annual tax is now due, do I have to go to Khon Kaen or can I renew it in Pattaya ? The number plates are Khon Kaen
