Surround had to be rebuilt because it all cracked because steel was laid on ground not in concrete.

Equipment room not keyed to existing walls and no foundation, so fall away.

Agreed rounded wall/base join forgotten.

Staff trying to cheat on price of spares.

Grout go black and fall out because correct pool grout not used.

If anyone needs a high quality in-ground pool to be built, I know the people to do it. They built two for me and I am really happy with them. One is 4 years old and problem-free.
