Depends in which Country you want to use them.

To avoid any problems;

English documents should be translated and legalised by the MFA for use in Thailand.

Thai documents should be translated and legalised by the British Embassy for use in the UK.

What is MOFA?

Not UK but just got my son's Canadian passport renewed, the embassy has a list of several approved translators, one about 2 blocks away.

Dropped off everything, went to work for 3 weeks and picked the translations on return.

MOFA = Ministry Of Foreign Affairs I'm guessing.
