Hi everyone,

I am planning to go to Thai embassy abroad to obtain a non o visa based on marriage.

I have my Thai marriage certificate.

What i need to bring is:

Copy passport (me and spouse)

Thai marriage papers

Copy tabien baan

Bank statement.

Is this correct?

Or am i missing something ?

The marriage isnt yet registered in my own country.

This isnt a problem right?

The reason why i asked this is because the rules are more stricter after July.

Thanks in advance !

If the rules don't change from here add

1. Photos of you and spouse in front of house number where you are registering to stay in Thailand. We got knocked back for not having these photos a couple of years ago and had to go back to the house and take photos.

2. Map of home location.

As I said these were requirements when in Thailand and May be less stringent if applying abroad.

Good luck
