I am in thai with non b visa, but without a work permit

my visa is valid for more 30 days

i am thinking to make a non o visa by marring my girlfriend

i have money 400,000 as cash now

for the non o visa, need send money from home country?

or i can deposit directly to my thai account now?

• You need to deposit 400,000 baht min in your Thai account at least 2 months before applying for the extension.
• The money can be deposited directly in your Thai account. No need to transfer from abroad.
• Once you are married you can apply for a 60 day extension (1,900 baht) but you will need to marry within the next 30 days (before your current stay expires)
• The 60 day extension will give you the time you need for the money to sit in your bank.
• At the end of the 60 day extension you can apply for a 1 year extension as long as 400k has been in the account for 2 months.
