landlord is selling my place so need a new room

looking for the following

75sqm or more

pool

washing machine

ability to purchase my own internet and not rely on condo wireless

View - bright and light condo

office - bonus but not deal breaker

City area - chang phuak, around maya area best but flexible

15000 baht low to 25000 high is my range,

suggestions on a good rental agent i will take as well, tried a couple already i ask for 75sqm or more and they send me 30sqm ha stuff like that

Did you try Nakornping? Also, if you lower your size requirement to 60-65sm, that will open up a lot more possibilities, as the larger units are just multiples of the studios.

Nakornping is ok, as long as you don't mind a large building going up a few metres away. It's a reliable place, good staff, a choice of wi-fi (I use 3BB). A few tenants who've never lived in a place with doors before, and only slam them. Very good store below, 2 restaurants. Available rooms advertised on the ground floor notice board.

Have you had the joy of agents, sending you a list of places they're already sold/rented!!

I agree about looking at Nakornping. It fits your geographic area and also price requirements. I suggest talking with Khun Montri in the office there. He will know about any units available

There is a building going up in the back 4 stories I believe. Always glass in your balcony to cut down on noise. Facing the pool is a good option but you only have 4 units on each floor to choose from. All the above is true. Yes unfortunately we have many door slammers but a nice pool restaurants laundry bank machine and water machine. The end units are 88 square metres to 102 I believe. Your close to everything walking distance, biking distance. you should be able to get a 88 sq. metres remodeled furnished in your price range especially if staying long term. Deal directly with the owner don't be afraid to haggle. You pay low electric rates good water rates and the building has its own water supply always a plus. Good security and staff.

Type in "karnkanok 3 chiang mai rent" into google. Meets all your requirements, im living here at the moment. Great place. Pool, gym, sauna, in the chang phuak, maya area, two level apartments over 80 sm in your price range, great mountain and city views, I got my own fiber connected, but there is actually super fastcable internetfor each condo connected too. Hope it helps

I assume you have previously stayed in this area so you already know that Maya is north of the airport with planes taking off several times every hour.
