First is milk. Do they do milk in cartons, untrapasturised? Raisin bran (generic is fine) and a banana with milk is my go to supper. Excuse me but I am over 60.

How about cigars? In Mexico I make my own "Skoal" using cigars. If you can find a tin in Mexico it is priced like gold. I like my nicotine buzzzz but asthma is a bummer for smoking.

that's all for now. more later

Milk, not seen cartons (but not looked), but small plastic bottles definitely. Unpasteurised - never seen it, the milk here also seems to be pasteurised at higher temperatures than in the West, you'll have to try a few to find one that is to your tastes.

Raisin Bran - certainly in the expat stores.

I'm a non-smoker so i don't know about cigars, there are a few threads about chewing tobacco (search the forum for Snus or snuz).

I've seen imported cartons of milk in Villa (silly prices).

Cigars also readily available (equally silly prices).

Snuz (the real imported thing) can be bought at some bars in Pattaya. No idea of the price.

Thanks all.

I don't really care for the ultrapasturised milk (on the shelf, in a carton) but that is what they sell in Mexico. As long as it comes from a cow.

I live in the tobacco growing and cigar rolling area of Mexico. Cuban seed, fine if you know the difference. I don't seem to be able to tell a $1 cigar from a $30 cigar when smoking one.

Do they grow tobacco in the area or is it all imported?

How about local cheese? Around here the small farmer makes cheese from his extra milk.
