Who wants to dispute here that Thailand isn't the digital hub of the world?

Below my ping test from this morning to the CAT gateway, and it is like this every day.

Ping statistics for 110.78.170.1:
Packets: Sent = 431, Received = 369, Lost = 62 (14% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 7ms, Maximum = 254ms, Average = 21ms

Ping statistics for 119.42.117.1:
Packets: Sent = 289, Received = 240, Lost = 49 (16% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 8ms, Maximum = 172ms, Average = 22ms

Ping statistics for 119.42.126.1:
Packets: Sent = 362, Received = 292, Lost = 70 (19% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 8ms, Maximum = 129ms, Average = 20ms

I won't dispute anything don't worry - I didn't understand a word of it I'm afraid.

But then when it comes to technology, unless it is driven by steam I am a bear of very little brain!

I can't even get a decent edge signal up home and I've tried ais, true and dtac so forgive me if I have a smirk on my face.

well it might, but maybe a more realistic goal would be for Thailand to try and eventually catch up with the neighbouring countries and ASEAN partners, which Thais often feel obliged to look down upon with disdain....
