Last year I had a great experience renting a house in Moo Baan Wang Tan for 6 months. I'd love to repeat that experience, but this time I come only for 3 months. Is it possible to rent a house/apartment/condo inside Moo Baan (any) for 3 months?

Contracts are typically 12 months so you would lose your deposit if you left sooner than 12 months. Just get a hotel.

Ignore the above advice. You got a 6 month agreement before.

All you can do is call the agent you used previously, as well as some others, and ask them what is out there and could be available for 3 months.

I think this season will be kinda "lean" for many, so you just never know what you will find.
