Area around Heineken /Tiger Brewery?

Is it a brewery company town, like St. Louis or Milwaukee? Are there tours of the brewery? Does it have much of an impact in the immediate area, or is it more like a remote industrial estate? Can someone show me on a map, where it is located? Thanks in advance!

The brewery itself is to the North East of the City in an isolated "industrial" area - basically surrounded by farms.

They do tours, but you need a group of at least 20 to book. (PM me if you need a couple extra, I'd go with you! )
