When you say you've used up your waivers, do you mean that you've used 2 or that you've used 3?

Generally speaking, you have 2x waivers & a 3rd if you remain teaching at the same school as the 2nd waiver.

Although with the 2nd & 3rd waiver, you're meant to show that you've made some progress towards obtaining a full teachers licence or self development (i.e. Culture course or trying to fulfill the licence requirements). Although as the pathway for obtaining a full licence has been a bit vague recently (they removed the 4x exams which were the previous pathway), I think that they've been granting waivers without necessarily needing to see progress towards your full licence. Or so I heard anyway.

I thought you, as a moderator, would realize the way it works at these government institutions. If the school is half decent, there will be some way of getting 10 waivers.

I have currently used up my waivers but I did the Culture course in 2008 and I have since done a weekend Seminar. Am I eligible for another license????

You mean waiver, correct?

Do you have a degree from a recognizable university with a traditional major?

His question was whether he was eligible, not whether the staff at his school were "Charismatic" enough to convince Krusapa to give him another waiver. And as I don't personally know anyone who has received 10 waivers (Or even 4 for that matter), as a result of their connections etc, I'm not going to reccommend something just on the basis that it's Thailand and corruption abounds.

In the past, I've heard of people getting their waiver count reset to 0 once they got a new passport, as Krusapa had a paperwork error, but I wouldn't count on that happening every time. Although I don't personally know anyone who has had this happen.
