i asked what they are checking on sukhumvit road check now but they didn't reply and didn't breathalyze me, why ?

if they are on the road at night theyshould check something or it seems a bit useless !

You sound like my 87 year old Mother, WHO was checking what?

Their checks seem a little like your post..useless

They were checking that it was OK to be checking him, and

that even though they did not them, they were checking

for nothing by him.

Who cares what they were checking, doing what your paid for as in policing Thailand.

Maybe they thought you were a "thailandroadblock". Probably just wanted to see if you a fixed roadblock or mobile.
