When you have a new crew taking over (via coup,election"ha",so forth) it takes time for them to visit all the illegal operations to get their yearly pay off.It is the resorts at Kanchanaburi's time.Even if the illegal operations(resorts,restaurants,late night bars,brothels,smuggling operations,and so forth) have just paid the BIB or local boss,one must pay the new piper..DJ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

seajae Posted November 20, 2015 Share Posted November 20, 2015 problem is that there are so many illegal resorts etc built in Thailand that if they shut them all down they would lose a lot of their tourist dollars, something unthinkable to the hi-so's and hierachy of the country who in most cases own said illegal buildings.. Or, he could get a chunk of lead by "special delivery" from any one of thousands of operatives those untouchables have on their speed dial. Many of them probably have daily access to the guy.
