I thank you will find it closed as Kap Choeng Immigration is closed December 10 (Thursday) and December 11, Friday and This has been confirmed. Bothe of the immigration office are in Region 4 and answer to Korat. What ones does they all do and you will find that immigration is taking a 4 day holiday nation wide. BTW this has nothing todo about the Bike for Dad event.

Its a strange country where you can not be sure about public offices closed or open two days before
