Hi friends,

I have just moved to working in Bangkok and need to start doing my tax declaration. My previous employer used to do all the work for me. I guess I will have to do myself now.

I was wondering if any of you has access to an 'excel worksheet' or an off-the-shelf tax software that should assist with the calculation according to the thai revenue department regulations.

Is there any such software on the market? If yes, how do we get it? I understand there may be one posted on the revenue department's website in Thai, but I'm not sure.

Please let me know.

I've put together this little excel calculator which I use.

Just put your monthly salary in the blue box and make any ajustments for the allowances.

You can also file using their e-file service. I did that last year and I believe it does the calculations on-line. Will try to locate the url for the service. Worked great. You just print out the completed 91 form and the receipt when it is available. Immigration had no problems with accepting the electronic printouts when I did my visa extension (work).
