Good farang lawyer in bangkok/pattaya

I need to get some advice on a house situation and need a good Farang Lawyer to do the neccessary paper work in both English and Thai.

A good recommendation from experience would be great.

Mr. Ronachai Krisadaolarn (Ronald Jay Cristal). LLB, JD. was born in Brooklyn on June 20, 1942 and received his Bachelor of Law (Cum Laude), and Juris Doctorate (Cum Laude) degrees from Union University, Albany Law School. He is admitted to the New York and Guam Bars.  In 1969 he was a US Air Force, Judge Advocate at Ubol Royal Thai Air Force Base and from 1972-1973 he was head of the US Air Force Foreign Claims Commission stationed at Utapao Royal Thai Naval Air Station. From 1979 to 1988 he was the Managing Director of Leo Trustee Company Limited and in this capacity, at a royal audience, personally petitioned HM the Queen to establish a foundation to pay for operations for the semi‑blind. From 1985 to the present he lectured at Bangkok University MBA Program on the subjects of Business Law and Managerial Decisions and Money and Capital Market. From 1988 to the present he was the Managing Director, of Freehill, Hollingdale & Page, Bangkok Office now known as Bangkok International Associates. He sits on the board of directors of many Thai companies and charitable associations. He was recognized by the Thai Treasury Department as an expert on Thai coins and medals and was the Editor of the English Language Edition of Coins of Rattanakosin and Medals of Rattanakosin, Thai Treasury Department, 1982. He has also authored and edited this Business Guide and its previous seven editions. He has also written articles and given seminars in Thailand, Singapore and Australia on such subjects at Land, Buildings & Condominiums; Thailand Alien Business Law; Business Incentives in Thailand; Thai Business Taxes, Nationality, Negotiable Instruments, etc. and twice lectured at the Thai National Museum the last time being on August 22, 1996, when he lectured on Siamese Coins from the Funan to the Fifth Reign.
