I would just call some friends, bundle the stuff into their arms, and walk it over.

Thai Post. You can buy cartons from them. Carton #6 is the maximum size they will send overseas. Maximum weight per carton is 20 kilos. Specify SAL when sending the cartons as this means your goods will go by air.

Change the language to english if you need to. Maximum weight is 20000 grams (20 kilos). The result will give you a list of options and the cost for each option. Remember to get the Customs forms from the Post Office as well.

I have used this method when sending stuff to Oz and found it to be very efficient and quick.
