KhunBENQ
"FORM A" pdf contains the necessary information (the basics). http://thaiconsulatesydney.org/Content/attach-file/VISA_FORM_A_FINAL_NOV2015.pdf The "PERSONAL DATA FORM" seems something special for Sydney, other places say "CV in English". Same for the "MEDICAL CERTICATE FORM". I haven't searched for it. Could be anything between easy and complicated/costly. The certificate confirms you to be free from some diseases which are rare in developed countries. My doctor in Germany wrote me the certificate after a simple examination. If you are unlucky they insist on a full lab diagnosis etc. The financials are simply written in Thai Baht. You will have to do your own exchange calculation or try to call them about it. Overall its only a slight variation from what I know from Germany (2010). Edited December 28, 2015 by KhunBENQ
