i have a tourist visa and have used my immigration extension. Does anyone know if I go from Ranong to Burma on the boat, can i re-enter Thailand and get 30 days. Thank you for helping.

It depends on your nationality. Only those from G7 countries can get a 30 day "visa exempt" entry others only 15 days.

Ranong has been reported as allowing a out/in crossing for a visa exempt entry.
