You're been in Thailand too long I guess. The idea is that you need to pay attention at all times and negotiate cars in your lane going at high speeds. If this doesn't work out for some reason then you die and it's your fault. Lovely system and it keeps the traffic going. -

Thanks for the correction. It doesn't change the fundamental situation at all except for number of people impacted. Relatively lower income people already pay no.tax on SS.
