In the TV forum world a copy is all you need. Only in the real world you would need a written agreement, which means an original. The registration on the Chanote backside is no replacement for the agreement itself. coffee1.gif

I am actually not too concerned about the property being sold - it is pretty complicated as the land was owned by my wife's sister - it was then split in to t titles before the final documents were processed my wife's sister died and her family are not interested selling or finalizing transfer to them either - so nothing can be done at present. So it is my permission to stay - though that is not under threat either (apart from in my head)
