I see some others have already given some valid answers so will be brief. The very question you ask as to a whether I believe a fraud was perpetuated on the public indicates to me that either you have not been paying much attention for the last few years and/or you only get your "information" from the trusted news initiative sources.. Of course it was a massive fraud I believe that 3 American states are planning suits against Fauci and Co for their role in the Covid debacle...you may remember his flip flopping on mask use the made up "science" behind social distancing the recommendation to shut the country and the lies told to congress about all these + the gain of function research not only in Wuhan but at Chapel Hill North Carolina and probably in Ukraine too. And to top it all off the mandating of a novel,rushed "vaccine" tested on 8 mice by pharmaceutical companies "working at the speed of science" who have the "regulatory bodies" on their payroll !! You probably also missed the scandal about the beagle experiments he funded and the AIDS stuff too ( have a look at Dallas Buyers Club 2013 ) -
