Hi All, the answer to this question is probably easily found on this forum but I need a quick reply. I visited a sick relative living in Thailand in late October and I've just heard he has died (Heart and lung problems). I'm currently arranging flights to be at his funeral but are there any issues due to the recent visit preventing me returning in the next couple of days?

Thanks.

No problem whatsoever, except that if you arrive without a visa and have already a lot of visa-exempt entries in the past the immigration officer may ask you a few questions. In such case, it is best to have the equivalent of 20k Baht cash in your pocket and a confirmed flight out of Thailand.

Thanks for replies, I suspected that would be the case. This will be my 5th trip, previously there were two years between visits. Flights booked.
