My purchaser lives in Isaan and it is not convenient for him to travel to jomtien to buy my condo.

Can anyone please advise how we proceed.

We still are not sure which documents are ESSENTIAL

I understand that my condo deeds, the cash for the taxes, my passport copies, his ID and copies..

Cretificate from condo management no bills outstanding.

Anything else please, the purchaser can only be here for one day and we like to ensure we are totally prepared.

That's about it. You could take along the house book to give to him as I'm sure he will want it. Consider taking your passport too. You never know.

Sales contract?

If it's a straightforward deal probably no need for a contract. Just turn up at the land office. If the buyer has the cash in their hand then the job's done.

If anyone wants a contract it's normally the buyer.
