tomaway
HI all, I have to renew my temporary driving license soon and I have a tricky situation with my passports. I went to Lao to get a Non O visa last week but d/t the fact that I used 2 different passports (1 to enter Lao and 1 to get my visa) I had to re-enter Thailand using the passport without the Non "O" visa.... My question now is: As I have a valid passport with a valid Non "O" visa but without immigration stamp on it, can I use it to have a 5 years driving license? Or do I have to use my passport with the Visa Exemption stamp and just get a 2 years driving license? Thanks for your advises.
stevenl
For DL you need the visa pages with stamp. So very likely just temporary 2 year licence.
