I don;t know about the hotel part, but the food has been good every time I have been to Lanna Rice Barn. Not too far out of Chiang Mai and you must travel on some smaller roads off the Chiang Mai-Lamphun Road. Good if you like Thai food.

Daves Kitchen, or "D.K's" as it is also known. Beautiful food, very personal touch and very romantic.
