Pretty easy to find. I bought mine at the Emporium. Have seen them at Index and Villa. Perhaps at Makro but not sure.

There is a baking supply shop in Phra Khanong, Bangkok on Sukhumvit 71, just past Soi 13. Sells all sorts of supplies and also has baking courses.

Try Lazada Thai.....They have a good selection of baking stuff. I just ordered a few silicone baking mats.
