rooster59
“Zombie” Russians cause havoc at Jomtien Beach Restaurant PATTAYA: The incident occurred on 18th February at the Surf Kitchen Restaurant and the video was posted on the popular “We Love Pattaya” Thai Facebook Group which prompted us to find out more.According to staff at the Restaurant one of the Russians, aged in his Twenties, ate a meal and then paid his bill. He was then seen to pass-out and was approached by a member of staff. The Russian was then seen to wake-up and acted like a “Zombie” according to staff. The Russian approached a second Russian and appeared to bite him which caused the second Russian to become a “Zombie”. A third Russian was bitten and he also became a “Zombie”.At this point, the restaurant was emptied of customers, who left in fear, and many forgot to take their personal belongings with them. Staff were brave enough to subdue the men and called the Police. prakhonchai nick
The owner of the Surf Bakery, a very good friend of mine, has good connections with the Pattaya Mayor and all the local governors, having served on the council previously. He is/was also the coach of the Thai Windsurfing Team based at Jomtien. As such, he has many people he can call upon to find these Russian gangsters and mete out "appropriate" justice. The police, based just a couple hundred metres away, clearly did not want to know!

Mot Dang
Bloody Ruskie nutters. Anywhere else in the sane world they would have been charged with affray, or being a public nuisance. Anywhere else in the sane world the proprietor of the restaurant would have demanded action against these idiots for loss of business, and had the right to do so. The fall of the Ruble ? Please hurry.
Gavnz
So if someone thought they were doing the diligent thing and "spiked" the "zombies" with a knife, would the zombie killer (savior in his mind) be charged with murder? Actions have consequences

Just because Russians think Western Europeans look like imbeciles with fake smiles plastered over their faces in thin guise of their true feeling, don't think you are never the butt of their dry wit in the 7-11.
