PHUKET: -- Phuket Marine Police are searching the sea off the east coast of Phuket (Feb 22) for two men last seen paddling their canoes off Koh Sireh late last night (Feb 21).

The two men – Mat Pantip, 51, and Laong Theppitak, 54 – were last seen paddling out near a yacht moored about 50 metres offshore at about 10pm, said Lt Col Panya Chaichana of the Phuket Marine Police.

Thank heavens everything in Farangland is transparent and obvious. One wonders why the police have anything to investigate and criminal courts have anything to adjudicate there.

Hitchcock produced very few mysteries in his lifetime and fewer still of his own creation.
