Mortgage free in order to sell a property??...my Thai family say yes...
How long have you been married? How did you meet the wife? Look at yourself and her, how much did finances contribute to making it a fair trade? Even if the answers were good I'd still be suspicious. -

Putin didn’t budge in Ukraine peace talks. Now Donald Trump may be forced to act
Because a ceasefire just meant rearming of Ukraine. If you think for 1 second that any of the countries propping up Ukraine are doing it for the Ukrainian people then you should Photoshop a red nose on your profile picture. -

Mortgage free in order to sell a property??...my Thai family say yes...
What you could do is ask/tell your wife and her friend to get a mortgage in their names with you (unofficially) being the person actually paying the monthly payments..that way you'll hopefully have a greatfull wife can use the payments as excuse for not paying anything else and if disaster strikes you can walk away.... but still best not to. -

Thai bank - restricting incoming amounts of foreign funds
Unless something has changed, I do not believe Krunsri or Kasikorn have any restriction on how much can be transferred in. I know that I have transferred ~3M into each bank. I can't speak to other banks, but I think they are the same. My US bank (Chase) limits online transfers out of the country to $100K per day, and this cannot be changed without visiting a branch. -

Three U.S. ex-presidents denounce the current one in a two-week stretch
I never posted anything that disagrees with your above statement. I do however completely disagree with your notion that because the SS lends funds to the Treasury that the taxpayers are paying extra.
