US man found guilty of child abuse in Kingdom

Featured Replies

A US federal court has found American Ronald Boyajian guilty of sexually assaulting minors in Cambodia, according to local media reports.

Boyajian, convicted on Monday by a US district court in California, was one of three Americans extradited from the Kingdom in 2009 as part of the US government’s “Operation Twisted Traveler”, which targeted US citizens suspected of travelling to Cambodia to engage in sexual activity with underage victims.

LA’s City News Service reported that the 55-year-old came to Cambodia more than 30 times between 2002 and 2009 to abuse Vietnamese girls aged between 8 and 11 in the then-notoriously brothel-ridden “Kilo 11” suburb of Phnom Penh.

Strange response. He's been found guilty.

I, for one, don't think the death penalty inappropriate for that offence. The girls were 8 to 11 year olds!!!

In addition to this man being made to face the full consequences for his actions shouldn't the authorities also go after the pimps, traffickers and indeed the parents who sold the children in the first place.

Whilst there is a demand and money to be made there will always be a supply chain Too often along the way bribes are paid to oil the wheels and there are plenty of takers.

Back in 99, the First Lady of Vietnam secretly travelled with four empty tour busses from HCMC to Phnom Penh with Military escorts, raided "Kilo 11" (Sway Paak) outside Penh and gathered up as many Vietnamese girls & boys as they could, they were chased all the way to the border and were back into Vietnam in a blink of an eye. Diplomatic outrage on the "Invasion by Vietnam of Cambodia" blah blah blah everyday for a month. That same year, the place caught fire and about 30 girls & boys were killed as they were locked up in the whore houses with no way out.

They need to burn that place to the ground (move out all the people first) and plow over the field - its a sickening evil place.mfr_closed1.gif angry.png angry.png angry.gif
