I live in Pattaya now but I will visit CM often for the next 6 months and I've heard it's possible to find smaller units near KSK area for 4-5000 baht .

So this will be like an extra place for me, I try to avoid the high rentals . I will try google search but if you can recommend any cheaper buildings in this area , with AC and balcony please let me know. Thanks.

Personally I do not think it is doable. I have looked into renting at http://www.huaykaewresidence.com/ and I do not think you will have any success there at that price. Sorry Newsflash the g/f tells me they had very small rooms for 4500 bahts high rates for water and electric. 6 month lease does not give you much leverage in negotiating a low rent. Feel free to PM me. Your main advantage is your going into the low season. Being close to KSK again is location location location.
