They closed the doors quite some time ago with no apparent forwarding address posted. Owner told me he was ripped off by staff & only found out several months before closing. Feel free to PM me if you want any pool help.

Thanks Val. No help needed as I've sent the chlorinator to the repair center. Interesting tidbit. The warranty for the chlorinator is 3 years for a LEGALLY imported unit. The unit Nick (Aquatech Phuket) sold me was never legally imported into Thailand. Now I understand why he told me the unit was only guaranteed for a year and in all probability no warranty at all. The factory in AU can tell by checking the serial numbers. Probably a good idea for all to check to make sure the equipment is legally imported in order to maintain the warranty.
