if he had a half decent helmet on he might still be alive.

why oh why doesn't the government force the introduction of wearing helmets as law .. ??? if it saves lives .... blink.png

No need to introduce any more law, nor enforce existing law by BIB. Nature would see to the compliance of Darwin's law.

It IS the law.

Like it is the law not to drive and use a mobile phone, not to drive when intoxicated, to respect the speed limit,...

RIP.

Look like his head split open and his brains popped out all over the ground.

At least it was quick for him and no other victims of his ignorant behavior.

anybody want this extra slice of my pepperoni and sausage pizza?

there are laws in place that would save hundreds of lives every year unfortunately a majority of the population and (here's the best part) the police choose to ignore these laws.

They seem to make sporadic attempts to enforce the law at the occasional road block.... But you always see cops out on their scooters, riding along with people not wearing helmets

These cops should, from duty of care, amongst other things (like breaking the law) pull people over and do on the spot fines

There is a huge potential revenue earner here, maybe not enough for the high speed rail line, but the fines could do some good in other areas, like tackling the mess of wires that hangs of these very same power poles

This was obviously a quick death, which is something to be thankful for... But all the same, another heartfelt RIP.... And fingers crossed that some people may adopt the use of helmets as a result of this tragic situation

And NCC1701A... Thanks.... But You can keep your pizza.... Enjoy

If he had half a brain he probably would still be alive. Probably thought he was Valentino Rossi and found out he wasn't

The legal requirement to wear a helmet was "introduced", as you put it, years ago. It can't be introduced again.
