Establishing a business

Featured Replies

Is there someone knows to or can recommend an Attorney -at law specializes in the creation of companies by foreigners in Chiang Mai Thailand. NB.: I am form Denmark and I do NOT know any Thai Language,

Google is your friend. There are billions of sites giving information about running companies in Thailand, probably in Danish language too.

You could possibly buy an existing company, that is the legal framework. Which should give you a bit more feeling of safety than asking one of the sharks to open one for you.

I used CNX Legal when I created a company back in 2012. Polite, professional, and speaks English very well (the principal, Bee, studied law in Melbourne, Australia).

It was a very easy, painless process.

Thanks, and I have been googling but I only found outdated topics.

Safety such as legally taking over pre existing debts of the company, that you become liable for once buying company... Safer is setting up new company properly.

'Assist Thai Visa' can do Thai business startups. It's really a relatively easy process that just involves a LOT of paperwork on the part of your agent. Your hardest part is signing all the documents!

Assist Thai Visa should be able to help, shouldn't they?

yES PLEASE WHY NOT. I am looking for a specialized attorney, and if you are one so yes Thanks

Assist Thai Visa. The Director of the company; Rhys; has a solid knowledge of Thai law. They also utilise a lawyer who is a Thai guy speaking good English.

Krit Suktakchan is great. He used to be at Lanna Associates / Sunbelt but is now on his own. I used several lawyers when I ran organizations in Chiang Mai and he was by far the best. His new company is called AD Legal on Huey Kaew Road.

That's easy to check. Older companies are less likely to draw suspicion, being it tax or ownership of land. Not sure what the OP's intentions are.

Why do you think everyone who points you in the direction of Assist works for them?

If you want to talk to them I suggest you go to their office.
