Can anyone suggest a well regarded Vet or similar who can help in regards to the micro-chipping, rabies jab and blood testing needed to get my dog's move to the UK from Thailand?

I live in Chonburi so anywhere around the area would be great.

I don't know any Vets in your area. But you will need to get an export permit from the Animal Quarantine Office closest to you after your vet visit. They required me to bring my dog to their office so they could scan the RFID to make sure it is the correct dog. They issue the permit no more than 10 days before your departure date. At least that's what they had me do two months ago. I live in Phuket, so I had to make two trips to their office at the airport. One to scan the dog and file the paper work, then come back in a couple of days to pick up the completed export permit.
