Gasoline In Tuk-tuk

Featured Replies

Hi,

What's the gasoline that used "tuk-tuk" for polluting more that 5 normal car?

That's a same gasoline or homemade?

I understand why Bangkok is so polluted: "tuk-tuk" + bus + bbq on each road...it's not good to reduce the pollution ;-)

Thanks

I'm not sure that the amount of barbequing is a serious contributor!

MOst run on LPG, not sure why you think it is polluting so much; maybe it is poorly tuned? Perhaps some are running on 2 stroke?!

How you calculate 5 times the pollution...I am unsure. probably less than a car, as the engine size is so much smaller.

If everyone switched to NGVs the environment issues would be much better......

Perhaps some are running on 2 stroke?!

I thought that 2-stroke was generally the source of pollution as it relates to tuk-tuks.
