You can only get it from a hospital since is is half Phentermine and half Topiramate. Phentermine is a controlled substance and by no means known for having "few side effects". It is a potent stimulant. Lots of Dr.'s in the USA are however prescribing just Topiramate off-label for weight loss as it is far safer than Phentermine. You might be able to buy Topiramate at a pharmacy. But neither of these drugs should be self-prescribed as they are loaded with side effects.

EDIT: Looks like Phentermine might not even be legal in Thailand. Maybe someone will know for sure.

Duromine = Phentermine. It does not contain anything else.

Phentermine is a Ctaegory 2 pyschotropic in Thailand, legal only on prescription and from a hospital pharmacy only. Penalties for illegally obtaining it can be very severe as it is in the amphetamine class of drugs.

It is an extremely dangerous drug and should not be used except under close medical supervision. It is contraindicated in people with heart disease, hypertension, hyperthyroid, glaucoma or kidney disease.

Serious adverse effects can include cardiac arrythmias, elevation of blood pressure, and ischemic heart attack/angina.

Sorry, I was responding to the brand name he posted (Qsymia) which is indeed Phentermine and Topiramate.
