Hi Guys,

I have a 1 year non O visa for Thailand. I gotta leave the country every 90 days. However i have been sick and thus I might not make it within 90 days to leave, it might be one or two days later. I am ok with the overstay fee. However will my visa automatically expire if I "overstay" the 90 days?

Cheers

The visa will not expire it will remain usable whilst it remains valid.

If you are married or have a Thai child you can apply for a 60 day extension of the 90 days at a immigration office

As written.

Turning yourself in with a one or two day overstay will not result in a ban from re-entry (and so void your visa)..

Your visa will remain valid until the ENTER BEFORE date on the visa sticker.
