What are the taxes involved in selling a condo ?

I understand the transfer fee is 2% to be shared by the seller and buyer.

I think there is also a withholding tax of some sort, but have no idea how to calculate.

Anyone able to expound on this subject ?

The withholding tax depends on how long you have owned the condo and requires two lookup tables.
