Take that! Masseuse with babe in arms slashes motorcycle taxi guy in Samut Prakan

SAMUT PRAKAN:-- A masseuse who claimed that a motorcycle taxi driver tried to force himself on her while she was holding her baby produced a knife and slashed him.

North Samrong police were called to Samrong Soi 26, Samut Prakan this morning where they found Mongkhon Bunthanormsri, 46, with a knife wound to the bone on his left arm. His motorcycle was completely covered in blood, reports Daily News.

Nearby was a woman named only as Sayumporn, 42, cradling her one year old baby and waiting for police.

Sayumporn said that she is a single mother and came to live in the soi when her husband deserted her. She said she worked at a traditional Thai massage shop.

She said that Mongkhon, who she didn't know before, asked to sleep with her and when she refused he tried to force himself on her while she was holding her baby. She said she couldn't force him off so she produced a knife that she kept on her person to protect herself.

She slashed him in the arm then phoned police, she added.

Mongkhon was saying nothing. Police said that they doubt the truth of the matter and while they took Mongkhon into custody are going to interview the woman again to get to the bottom of the incident.

Quack.

I can't quite stretch my imagination far enough to visualize someone giving a traditional Thai massage whilst holding a baby.

I have never seen a populous so adept in multi-tasking; people driving a motorbike, texting, and smoking a cigarette; balancing two children on a motorbike with groceries talking on a cell phone; holding a baby, producing a knife (from where?) and slashing an alleged attacker.
Don't piss off a mama bear. Nothing more scary than an Asian woman scorned.

my take on it, i wouldn't see why she slashed the guy for no reason, and why is he keeping quiet,? not defending himself, or not had time to come up with a feasable answer as to why she slashed him .

Apparently she resorted to defending herself and baby with a knife after "Mongkhon, who she didn't know before, asked to sleep with her and when she refused he tried to force himself on her while she was holding her baby." There's the reason.

Feasible answer as to why she slashed him "She said she couldn't force him off so she produced a knife that she kept on her person to protect herself."

The prick is keeping quiet because he's as guilty as hell.

He will say,he became aroused and that it was a sexual emergency.The police will dismiss it out of hand as not serious as he didnt actually rape her.And it will all be forgotten after he says sorry,and hands a few quid over to his friendly bib.He will get a slap on the wrist and told not to do it again,lets hope that this has taught him a lesson in messing with Thai ladies,no matter what they work as.

In the linked Thai Daily news article it says after she split up with her husband she was living in an abandoned building in the soi with her baby so presumably carried the knife for protection.

Yes. Like, duh, "this crazy woman with a baby tried to rob me and when I resisted she stabbed me". It would take quite a bit of doing to explain why a woman with a baby had to fight someone off with a knife. Assuming that the woman is not guilty of being a violent psycho, a mother protecting a baby would be a force to be reckoned with. And a man attacking a woman with a baby is beneath contempt. Considering the number of crimes committed by motorcycle drivers I find her story credible. If you look at where he was cut, his arm had to have been very close to her person for her to get that powerful of a cut into it. I think that he had hold of her with that arm, and held her long enough for her to slice the knife right through before he let go. Too bad their police probably lack the scientific and forensic skill to make that determination. Either way I would guess that his punishment will be light

Why crazy if she's telling the truth? The fact that the guy refused to say anything speaks volumes!
