Yes....the shop near immigration were handling it when I did mine for driving licences. Need proof of where you are living from hotel, condo or missus plus photocopies etc etc.

I also had to go into immigration to do the notice from housekeeper thing. Just another piece of paper to go into ones passport!

Yes,they used to be free like very other Imm office in the country but pay up and feel good that you helping the local economy.

They are free, they just say it takes 30 days. If you go to G4T it however takes 500B to get the same day. Go figure. You could call 1111 (government hotline) to complain about corruption or get a yellow house book.
