Checked out the website for the electric company, has a lot of info, but not the closing time for the drive thru. Do they keep that open later for the folks to pay their electric bill after work? Anybody know the shut down time on the drive thru?

I have never seen the Drive Through at the Nong Hoi office open.

They use the area for car parking.

Drive through is closed today, I just tried to pay there. I guess it will have to be Monday. Sorry I didn't see the times.

To the best of my knowledge it is usually open only one day a month - possibly the 4th? At least that is/was the case at the Saraphi office. Don't know about others. At the Sansai office we only noticed it open once and the queue was long (as if people knew that was the day it was open....) The rest of the time it is used for parking.
