Internet "Down"

Featured Replies

Having tried to log on following the last heavy rain I find my landlines although ON/Connected, will not download.

My 4G connection both iPad and the 4G USB Connector are working hence this post.

I am using CAT Optic Cable which up to now has been faultless.

Thanks John, do keep us all posted.

I thought my Sinet was down for 12 hours once, but if I had just reset the router, it would have only been two hours...power outages do some wicked stuff to telecom equipment. * years ago, when I had TTT ASDL; it would malfunction every time it rained. BBB and Sinet both are way more reliable now, but it doesn't work without power.

Land lines still down, had tried switch on/off no go.

True 4G, good connection with speed of 19 Download and unbelievable 18 upload.

Normal is 25-30 download and say 2.5-3 upload.

I am in Suthep area near university.

I'm in the same area...a tree wiped out a whole utility pole of stuff this afternoon, and we didn't have power on my soi for three hours, but they got it back much sooner on nearby sois, or didn't lose it at all. No problems with internet, once the power came back.

I still have my original problem.

Landline CAT, down, strangely my Diagnostics say Ethernet Connected but nothing will load.

True 4G works perfectly.
