I suspect you will have to rely on local thai people to source something (if it's available). A place with furniture and air con might be rare but good luck with your quest.

With a place like Rattanaburi it will be better to look around yourself.

Best bet is......turn into the road where Topchereonis on the corner. Turn first right. You will see a church on the right. There are many rental places along that road. You might be lucky but I know that most new rentals get snapped up pretty quickly.
