Report Of Address/ Re-entry Permit At Suvarnabumi

Featured Replies

Am going back to HK for a week and have 2 questions to ask about report of address and re-entry permit:

1. I am going back to HK next week (15 Nov) and back on 22 Nov, but I'm supposed to report my address to the immigration. My impression is that if I am out of the country before the date that I need to notify my address, the date for notification will be changed to the 90 days after I'm back in Thailand. Am I right?

2. Have anyone tried to apply for the re-entry permit at Suvarnabumi Airport? Is it convenient? What are the ooperation hours?

Anyone can shed me some light on this??

You're right about the 90 days running from your date of return, I have no knowledge of applying for the re-entry permit at Suvarnabhumi Airport as I haven't been there yet.

I believe it was mentioned to be within the immigration departure area (after paying airport tax but before passport check) but would check first. There does not seem to be any photo booth available so be sure to have 4x6cm photos available.

And as said the address report is only due when you are in Thailand for full 90 days or 90 days after return.
