The circumstances do indicate he is either the victim of a cruel hoax from a spiteful ex-lover or a wicked homosexual predator of young boys. The courts will have to decide. But, it one parent makes a formal complaint of underage sex with their son, and it's proven he's in deep poo. Doesn't matter how he persuaded, coerced, seduced them or if they were willing. (1) The age of consent in Thailand is 15, so if the men were over that age, then there's no crime in their having sex (assuming it was voluntary).

(2) The accused states all his partners in the photos were over the age of 20.
